I feel like my hard work for some of my subjects has gone to waste, and this is merely because of the fact that I received my report card today! Well, yeah my school is delayed (they mail it out as we have been off for a few weeks now), and well, my maths rank is attrocious, and now i'm thinking if that's really going to impact on everything else, so I wanted to ask if it's still possible to achieve a 90 + ATAR with these ranks:

Biology - 1/29
Legal - 1/37
English advanced - 2/40
Modern history - 7/24 (tight cohort)
Adv maths - 29/30 (haha). HOWEVER, this is no where near a failure, so yeah lol.

School rank, early 100's.

School's estimate = 91

Let's assume I do well in the external maths exam, would that be sufficient?

yeah you can still get 90+... if your maths rank is no where near failure then that means you have a beast cohort which can boost up your marks as well

Consider this - about 60 students do general. Private schools ain't going to have large cohorts as such, lol.

Our school fluctuates. Last year we were around 138 but we were 220ish the year before.
Our school isn't very picky. So, we don't always go amazingly.
There are like 68 found general or some shit, with like 6 tied on 2nd. Haha.
I think this year will be the worst maths year. We'll probably only get one e4 for MX2, three at most, we'll get like 5 E4s for MX1 and like 2 band 6s for maths. But we'll get a bunch for general.
And our school usually does really well in maths, being an all-boys school. Haha
