Yes, do a title. After reading your entire creative, the marker should be able to look back at the title and say: "Yup, that summed up the entire creative in less than 10 words".

LOL, here we go again: "the Senior HSC marker teacher". Believe it or not people - your mark in the HSC is not determined by how senior in the HSC marking team your teacher is; but rather on how you do as an individual.

And I spend a good chunk of my creative describing scenery. I don't believe there's anything wrong with this - so long as the descriptions flow well and seamlessly with the narrative.

In the trials it varies from teacher to teacher; of all the sections I'm sure it's undeniable that the creative is the most subjective of all. You can cite a million examples of your assessments and trials and even returned HSC papers with the marks on them, but it always hinges on the marker. I know because I've given my story to different teachers and have gotten 12, 13 and 15 for the exact same piece with the exact same question. One teacher 'decides' that anything under 3 pages is too short and can't get above 12, while another gave 15 to a 500 word story (because she thinks the more experimental the better, and the story was very abstract, had a person talking to clocks and discovering the 'ecstasy' within, whatever that is). If it's short it should be pithy and original, and I get the impression that a transition from one state of belonging to another state is generally appreciated more than a story where someone doesn't belong and simply laments it.

Yeah, I'd see nothing wrong with it. So long as none of your profanity (or any of your writing, actually) is racist, sexist etc etc. Essentially, exercise discretion. If you gave your story to someone at the bus stop to read, would they feel uncomfortable? If the answer is anywhere near 'maybe', then leave it out.

It's possible. It's not -that- much faster than me (back then - right now, I'm as slow as fuck all), and god knows there's heaps of students who write faster than me.

Im crap at English so one essay i got 9/15. ( This was a overnight job, because up until then i never took English seriously, now i do) I wrote 4/5 pages. This person half a page and got same mark.
