Anyone have a link to this? I'm interested

And the board are under a legal obligation to provide YOUR marks. You can ask them nicely. If they refuse then you whip out the FOI, pay 30 dollars and get your marks.

I've attached the one that Aquawhite kindly posted quite a while back.

It mentions something about 'Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act)' but I think now it's something like the Freedom of Information Act so changes to the document may need to be made. :/ I'm not certain about the act so if someone could confirm that would be great.

I think I read that if you're under 18 or are experiencing financial difficulty you can get it for $15 but someone will also need to confirm if this is true.

It's up to date. The FOI Act was replaced with the GIPA Act.

no. a few years ago a number of bos members took on the board in order to be able to get access to this information, the board put up a damn good fight but the bos members won, see http://boredofstudies.org/ombudsman.pdf
I just read though the important parts in this. All I can say is, BoS are very defensive, and in the end it cost them.
I'm very glad of what this guy did to make it so much easier for us to apply.
