You didnt read the question properly, it asked for the hereditary factors only;

ie muscle fibre relative percentage, somatotype, gender, height, conceptual ability

yeesss, they know people memorise the syllabus points, so they want us to actually know them in depth

Yeah what i've been doing is learning the syllabus and then just raving on with the related info from each dash point as i recall/think of it.

Any chance they will throw in a question from the 'learn to' column? i know they did in past years which i think is dog.

Yes definitely!!!!

for example, they might ask for the impact of the Ottawa charter in two health promotion initiatives related to australia's health priority issues,

or maybe argue the ethical concerns of using protective equipment, or maybe assess the type of injury and injury management procedures

uhhh effects of training on resting heart rate,stroke vol, hypertrophy, oxygen uptake kgo!

Resting heart rate : decrease as due to training the heart is a muscle and it gets stronger therefore it does not require to pump as much as it is meeting the oxygen required by the body.
stroke volume: increases- heart is stronger =pumps more blood.
Muscle hypertrophy: training focused on muscle fibers induce muscle hypertrophy there muscle growth. Decrease in training can result in muscle lost (muscle atrophy).
Oxygen uPtake : increases due to increase in haemoglobin level and higher cardiac output.

What is mental rehersal and how can it affect an athletes performance

Viagra (variety)
Was (warm-up & cool-down)
The (training thresholds)
Real (reversibility)
Penis (progressive overload)
Saver (specificity)

Stretching - Restores ROM and helps to increase muscle and tendon length with PNF being the most effective technique
Conditioning - Allows the muscle involved to be strengthened gradually to prevent muscle atrophy
Fitness - Allows return to play without losing required sport specific skills

What are the types of anxiety and how are they managed? Write your answer with a specific athlete an as example.

what is the importance of graduated exercise in the rehab process [ sports med]

There's three parts to graduated exercise: stretching, conditioning and total body fitness
Stretching: injured area should be progressively arrested so to regain flexibility and reduce risk of further injury
Conditioning: involves maintaining fitness of rest of body and slowly improve strength of injured area.
Total body fitness: this is gained through progressive overload. When achieved itmeans the athletehas returned to the physical state before injury and can now go back to training.
