Take lots of caffeine. You will completely lose your apetite, and you wont eat. Then you lose weight as a result of not eating, and you're not even hungry.

Eat heaps of meat with veges and lift heavy at the gym! If you are under weight you arent gonna get diabetes, dont binge eat aswell. Eat 5-7 meals a day each about the same size, which is rich in calories. Youll pack on the beef in no time, if you do it properly Also do cardio twice a week to minimize fat gain but maintain lean muscle gains
