I got the following HSC Marks from BOS:
Ancient 75
StdEnglish 74
Bio 85
GenMath 95
Music1 83
Physics 81

But when my UAC letter came, it said that they included Ancient and not Music1. Has there been an error here? Some one explain please.

When the units were scaled, Ancient would have been greater than Music 1, hence it was included.

Perfectly right - Music 1 doesn't scale as well as Ancient. When UAC does the scaling they are comparing the quality of the candidature of each course and the better the candidature the better the subject scales. Generally speaking creative type subjects don't scale as well as other subjects (although at the top of these subjects this doesn't necessarily apply).
