yea scif is a joke,

i hate how the lecture seats dont let me find a comfortable sleeping position

I also hated the SCIF 1101 course and dropped it at the end of week 1. It is very socially orientated that I can't take seriously. If you really want to drop it, you should do it soon because you will miss out on a lot of content for the course you will want to pick up.

I can't pick up anything now even if I wanted to. Last day to enrol in subjects was March 4 (I think)- evidently March 4 was before I even had a chance to see SCIF - considering it only started last week and the course outline was only made available on March 5. I'm looking at doing 3 subjects this semester, but I guess that's okay. I am not paying the $300 odd for what this course would be worth through HECS. I honestly thought we'd be learning things on a more professional level. First lesson - ask people what they're favourite drink, colour, phone number, address is

I'll be reading the handbook MUCH more closely for semester 2 subjects
