What does Berocca do exactly? I see some stores sell them.

Personally I don't usually push myself to stay 100% focused for more than 2 hrs straight, so a coffee will do for me.

haha there's not a noticeable difference that Berocca does.. but it doesn't hurt, so I just drink it anyway. I guess it's just my mind thinking that it works.=|

Berroca tastes nice. I just had one :)

I take quick walks. I constantly drink water. Some times I eat fruit.

Get a good night's sleep.

I never really believed in the whole red bull, berocca shit. Never believed in the brain stimulant bullshit either.

Arrive home and have a 1 hour nap, great for the mind. Also go for a walk every 2 hours if possible.

Take breaks every hour or so.
yeah that

You shouldn't have super long study sessions anyway. An hour per session with a break is the best idea. Unless you're doing like a past paper or something.

Break the study up into more manageable chunks.

If you have to use anything to 'stay awake' then you are studying in the wrong manner.

If I feel tired at any point (probably around 2-3pm, I take a 40 minute nap and then I get back to study. Although if there's a really interesting subject (i.e. Chinese), then I seem to stay engaged for a very long time.

Get a good night's sleep.

Never used any of that either. Still got me going fine during the HSC period, as well as uni.

I agree with this too.
