What rankings do you think i will need in each subjects to obtain an atar of 95+ ?

I'd say top half. I just missed out on 95 and I was not in the top half for any of my subjects and my school was ranked in the 40s.

My school is in the 30s usually and the median ATAR is roughly just above 90.

I think this should be enough to get 95+

Top third, as someth1ng said, is about right. Even English can be as low top two-thirds; it just depends on your actual marks.

That should get him 97-ish rather than 95.

You can get much lower ranks in the top scaling subjects (Maths).
