hey man just stick with it and ride it out. im struggling too, but i also know that it will take a bit of time to get used to all the concepts etc.

28, but that was because I just referred to my textbook/the internet for every question. If it were under exam conditions I would have struggled to get 20 I think

20 is pretty good still, I did not understand and wasn't interested in anything in accounting and just memorised the sample exam and managed to scrape a credit

thats a great job. i mean even if you used the internet/textbook its not like the answer is written out for you, you still have to understand what you are reading.

get past papers/practice exams 1 week before the final

do them all 5 times and it'll be impossible to get lower than a credit


the structure of the final never deviates from it's previous papers

Lol I did so badly in this subject. Barely scraped through with the second lowest practice set mark in my tutorial.

Lo and behold I'm an accountant now.

And damnit I write kickass accounting paper and memos now.

Not sure what it's called now but it's the one where you have to do the journal entries for a hypothetical business and they give you receipts etc. Last I heard it was now done online rather than in a book.

if you're fast, 2-3 full/long days. it took me about 5 days because i got really tired of it. have a go about a week before and see how you pace yourself
