we don't have much time left till the HSC.
I wanna max. the time for study. and I found out that most of us spend long time on traffic everyday. (well, at least Monday to Friday)
I just wonder how can we study on the way to school and the way we back home? I mean what can we do during that time? I don't think reading is a good idea because it hurts our eyes somehow. and I don't think we can read out loud when you are on the bus. So....
please give some suggestion :)
Well if the road your bus takes turns into a carpark then reading should be no problem, otherwise if traffic is normal just try go over facts in your head (don't freak out if you don't remember them straight away). Another thing you could do is avoid traffic by catching a bus say 30-40 mins before the normal bus arrive (if there is less traffic, that is) and park yourself at the library until school starts :)

To be honest, you are already nearing exam periods. During these travel times, I sometimes use them as my relaxation times to look out the window and take a break before I get into doing any study or work. In these 45 minute rides home, I treat it as a time to think about other things rather then work. This is just what I do though I'm not saying you should follow it.

On the way to school via bus:
I either play on my iPhone, sleep or do last minute work.

On the way home via bus:
I either watch anime, play on my iPhone or do homework/any other work.

I make use of my bus time!

Who cares, you're on the way to school. How about relax and forget about school for a little while?

+1. Appropriate for all people in years 11 and 12. People should use this time to chill out and enjoy the finer details of life. It's probably the only relaxation you get before you take your first steps home and study hard core.

Exactly, too much study and stress can only lead to bad things. I think that at least one day a week leave it without any study at all to keep you sane. Of course the HSC will make your social life suffer a bit but that doesn't mean you completely sacrifice it.

That is what I do, one day a week without any study at all.

Umm if you really want, just read notes and stuff on the way to school. But I used to use my commute as a way to just get some extra sleep, personally.
