i know it's illegal to make them stop speaking their own language in the workplace unless it's affecting their productivity, but a few workmates including myself feel uncomfortable when it happens. is there anything we can legally do about it? we've already asked if they could stop doing it around us. they speak english fluently so i don't believe doing so, at least around those who can't understand the language, would cause them any trouble

Tell the boss it is an OH&S issue and is also offputting to customers or anyone who happens to overhear them.
