yeah buy 5kg for what? 136? and get 5 different flavours.
that's such a good deal, i used to buy through another company, it was a liiiiiiiiittle bit cheaper to get 9kg but you could only get 3 x 3kg bags, all the same flavour.

1 piece burgen rye toast with 1/4 avocado and a boiled egg
20 almonds
teriyaki salmon, pumpkin and broccoli
150g natural fat free yogurt with frozen berries and cinnamon
95g tin tuna in spring water
*body balance*
150g basa fillet marinated in lemon juice, pepper, sea salt, parsley and olive oil with baked pumpkin, sauteed spanish onions, steamed asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower with a little bit of basil and garlic dressing
6 cups tea

i'm gonna be naughty and have 2 pieces of organic dark choc with natural peanut butter with my hot almond milk before bed k3k3k3k3

pfft it doesn't *really* matter when you eat, as long as you're eating regularly throughout the day and not eating a massive meal before bed, you'll sleep poorly and your digestive system will have a hard time but like 2 squares of chocoalte and almond milk 30 minutes before bed won't do anything

green juice is this delicious concoction i made up the other day
celery, a lime (juice and pulp), 2 big handfuls of spinach, parsley and green tea to make it runny/easy to blend and stevia tablets/organic honey to sweeten (to taste)
chuck it all in a blender except the spinach. get it all smooth then gradually throw in the spinach. put in a bottle and refrigerate
if it's too strong/a tiny bit thick (this is usually the case, i like it quite pretty runny like juice, duh) i just dilute it with water/san pelligrino before i drink it

been sipping on green tea all day, i brought a 1L thermos to work lol
until 8 all i have left is 20 almonds and a 95g tin of tuna
then idk what for dinner :(

Um, if I lose weight so that im in the right bf% zone then according to bmi, i would be malnutritioned.
