Unfortunately uses up a fair bit of oil just to 'reheat' the chips. May as well make a new batch yourself.What you can do is put them in the fridge for say 5-10 mins before reheating, then deep-fry them again, they will be better than new fresh chips (so crispy)
being wasteful is buying too many chips for one sitting in the first place fatty!
Totally easier to buy new chips lol.In a preheated oven for 5 minutes @ ~180 degrees.
Then toss them quickly in a wok (if you have one) with a dash of olive oil, then add VEGETABLE salt and pepper to season.
Make sure you do it AFTER the oil is placed in so it adheres to the chips through the oil.
This.Cooked myself triple cooked chips yesterday after seeing it on a cooking show. Delish.
