Could someone help me with part (c)

and for part (d), me reason is they are equal because angle between tangent and chord through point of contact equals angle in the alternate segment.
While the answer at the back use another way, which is long, to prove the angles.

Am I right?

An arithmetic error. You said:

100 = 36 n^2

Therefore n^2 = 64.

What program did you use to do that on the tablet, or did you just use MS Paint with a thick pen tip setting?

Oh what, the top part of my proof cut off. Anyway, it's meant to say:

Let Angle CAP = X.

But PQ is a tangent at a radius OA, so Angle OAP = 90 degrees.

Then continue as per my diagram.

A bit of a strange question imo because exams don't often ask you to prove the theorems taught. The theorem we are proving here is the Alternate Segment Theorem.

You would get 0 marks for it unfortunately because the question asked you to PROVE it.

Oh crumbs Thanks for that, I should probably stop doing maths that late. I used MyPaint, it's quite nice for tablets.
