You know when you get messages the notification thing appears? The blue thing in the top right.

I had a few messages and I click on them. But the notification doesn't go away. I keep trying to click it but when it loads it makes no difference.


I am new to this site. So I am not sure if this is meant to occur

On the main page, I can't see any of the notification bar i.e. "username, notifications, my profile..."

But once I go to a different page on the site, it appears.

Is this normal?
