Can I get an estimate for the following results? I have included the raw marks from my independent trials (Catholic Trial papers) and my subject rankings for the course.

English Advanced 90 1/52
Economics 92 1/4
SOR 1 Unit 45 1/52
Maths Ext 1 74 1/7
Maths Ext 2 70 1/2
Physics 85 1/16

School rank is roughly 300. Last year's HSC cohort got 69 Band 6's from 31 students. The Dux usually gets an ATAR between 95-98.

It all depends on externals since you're first in everything.

But if the dux usually gets around that, I'd say you could get 98+.

But theoretically, even 99.95 is possible. Too hard to tell.

Rank 300 school, 2 Band 6s each student. That's at least 20% DA assuming ALL of those top bands are 1 unit subjects and everyone is on 10 units. If they all did 20 units and they all got 2 E4s, that'd be lower to be like a 300 rank school.

Seem unrealistic.

Assuming each student does 6 subjects and each gets 2 Band 6s, that's 33% DA and a top 30 school.

Also, how do you know your school's rank from last year is 300? AFAIK, they weren't released beyond ~100

Anyway, i'd say 99+ and skys the limit.

I'm planning on studying to be an actuary. Hope the maths isn't too difficult to handle though.

I went to a school ranked around 230-ish and we had 44 people in advanced and 85 in standard. His cohort would have close to 150 students (i'm guessing), of those 150 students 31 got atleast a band 6 and there were 69 band 6s in total which perfectly justifies a ~300 rank.
