Atar Estimate (2 Viewers)

Hi can anyone do an atar estimate for a friend of mine?

His ranks are:
SoR 1U - 60/70
English Standard - 79/96
Engineering Studies - 2/13
Mathematics - 4/31
Extension 1 Mathematics - 4/11
Physics - 13/15

School Ranking (2011) - 163

Please if you haven't done mine could you also give me an estimate on my other thread

Ouch your friend man, there are huge fluctuations in his ranks. Standard English and Physics is going to be a killer for his ATAR. Looks like he will be getting around the high 70's, but I believe he can improve.

Yeah I know, his strength is mainly maths and engineering

Yup definitely. I guess he wants to get into engineering, right? If so, what type of engineering?
Just a word of advice, tell your friend to actually start focusing more on his weaknesses such as Physics and Standard English. He really needs to get at least a band 5 in both subjects. If not, then please make sure he does no worse than a band 4... please. Even I don't know him lol, I feel a bit worried about how he will feel later on.

Yeah haha he wants to get into Mining Engineering. Alright I'll let him know thanks :)

70 max I reckon. I doubt he will get into engineering (via ATAR means anyway) with those marks.
