Excel quadratic help (1 Viewer)

Our maths assignment asks us to solve quadratic equations using excel spread sheet. Only problem is that I've never used excel, and the instructions in the assignment doesn't work, when i press "calculate now" in excel, nothing shows up...
Below is a pic of the assignment. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you enter in the coefficients of the 11 equations (into columns A, B & C)?

You need equal signs infront of each of those equations.

What your supposed to do is, after you enter the formulas for all rows in D and E until row 11
Enter the a's b's and c's of the questions they gave you

For a), put in the second row a=1 b=9 c=-10
Do this until j, you should have your solutions according to excel

By the way, they gave you the quadratic formula to enter into excel if you noticed

Yes you need equals signs

thx but im totally lost lol... i put the equal signs in front, and i've no idea what to do next. will anyone be kind enough to use a remote desktop software/ make a video to show me how?

So we enter each respective formula for everything, then we drag the bottom corner of each formula box, and drag it down the 11 rows.
we then enter the co-effiecients and we get our answers:
