Why couldn't they've done it sooner :'(

Is it true, does anyone have any clue as to what the new core will be?

I don't know for sure, a lot of people have told me that the syllabus is getting a renovation, and belonging's getting the chop.

It's definitely a positive to me, I absolutely despise of belonging ahaha :D

Why would you want to get rid of it sooner?
Belonging is easy as almost everything has some form of belonging in it.

Furthermore, if they changed the AOS topic, there will be no past papers to practice on and I would probably fail...
Instead of envying those people who won't do belonging, I say sucked in!

**they've

I wanted to say "Why couldn't they have done it sooner", not "Why couldn't they are done it sooner" that doesn't make sense.

no it's they're

they're = they are
"So apparently they are getting rid of Belonging"

They've = they have
"So apparently they have getting rid of belonging..." ^.-

I don't want us to be the first year to try the new topic. OTL

New syllabus for those taking the HSC in 2014 is what I'm hearing.

Can someone give me a brief summary of what belonging is about and stuff... since my year is the first to take on the renovated syllabus...
Seems like we should be happy :)

It is important that they change it every 5 or so years. There is already so much information on belonging online, such as theisis, essays, etc. It is an easy topic to analyse and find related texts for. IMO, a 45/45 in 2015 (edit) would be more impressive than a 45/45 in 2012.

I assume that if it was changing for this year, we'd already know what the new topic is.
