Here's my final ranks & trial marks
Adv English: 30/134 - 76
MX1: 1/99 - 100
MX2: 1/56 - 95
Physics: 2/62 - 86
Legal: 3/42 - 87
Music 1: 3/42 - 88

I'm at a top 30 school. Still on track for 99+?

Also, I've been doing a lot of MX1 and MX2 (Can't motivate myself enough to do anything else at the moment) HSC past papers. I'm scoring around 77-78/84 for MX1 and 105-110/120 for MX2. What sort of final mark would I be looking at?

Why would they ever do that, its not like the 1st unit of a 2 unit subject is scaled higher than the second?
OP is doing 12 units, they only choose his top ten (including 2 units of English), he seems to be doing equally well in music and legal, 8 of his top units are most obviously going to be Eng/MX1/MX2/Phys, so they would either take legal in its entirety or his music or they will take 1 unit from each so that it will equate to 2units, if you still don't undertsand there are many forum's dealing with this, perhaps you will get a better idea of it next year :)

I understand what you are saying but I believe in OP's case the chance that the uac will take one unit of Legal and one unit of Music is slim to none. If push came to shove I would guess that he will get a higher ATAR from legal if he remains consistent to his marks internally!

Lol aren't there 8 people doing Music?...

And solid ranks m8, I'd say ~99.3-99.4.

Music will almost certainly not count because it scales like shit compared to any of his other subjects.

ATAR Estimate: 99.30

They can never take a single unit from 2 subjects. Why? because in a 2 unit subject, both units are scaled the same.

so if Music is 92 scaled, then each unit is 46. If legal is 93 scaled, then each unit is 46.5 and they take both legal.

lol.
