so, what do you guys think will be asked?

my predictions:

report: marketing strategies + HRM ( because in the specimen, nothing on hrm was asked)

Essay: marketing plan/ strategies + something on financial planning

I think something to do with these..

- A business having workplace disputes
- Corporate social responsibility
- Environmental sustainability
- Globalisation

 

[Demise]

Essay: I'm begging an all out marketing plan, hopefully like 3 strategies *fingers crossed*. - Easy to link to Qantas' advertisement(s), social media presence, etc.

Report: Please be like the CSSA one with HR and operations. Finance will kill me inside.

Well going off the specimen, the essay questions were broad and frankly quite easy. So that leaves me in the psychological demise in that they will again be easy, or that they will be ruthlessly hard. I don't like anything on Human Resources, hoping for Operations primarily, but it appeared in the Specimen so good luck Keelan.

They'll be focusing on Global IMHO, so it leaves all 4 topics open. :'(

Global influences is actually alright for everything me thinks. I would have loved for the Operations essay question in the specimen paper, that was basically our Operations essay question.

so overt happens outside and includes strikes, pickets
covert is inside the business like bullying which lead to absenteeism, low productivity etc

and the strategies for these are the mediation, negotiation, concillation, arbitration right?

I'm doing Qantas as my case study...so I'll talk about the engineer thingy and how they want 3% pay rise > how it also led to the Fed courts

Yeah same but Im looking for another case study to put in, always feels as though 1 isnt enough

My writing isnt very big, so i fit about 10-12 words in one line. how many pages should i be writing?
