Does this mean OP has no chance of band 6 even if he smashes paper 2?

Peoples, im freaking out. I found the creative the easiest so that's the only one i did. My school told me that you only have to do your most strongest one and the BOS would scale it to a mark out of 40. Am i doomed? BTW, its the same with modules right? Like, you only have to do one? Thanks, and Good Luck!
I looked over the cover for Paper 1

it clearly says under each section of Section 1, 2 and 3

"Attempt section 1"
"Attempt section 2"
"Attempt section 3"

there is no wording such as "Attempt section 1 or section 2 or section 3". They don't give you 2 hrs just to do one section

The most you would get is 15/45.
It doesn't matter how many sections there are, you need to ATTEMPT all 3. There's no option to choose what sections you want to do.

wt.... that isn't true is it?????????
If you only had to do one section, then why would bos create 3, it's not a 'i like this one, so I'm only going to do this section'. it's a 'you need to attempt ALL 3'
I would know because my teacher is a HSC marker.
If you only attempted one, or only did one section, the most you can get is 15/45.
if you attempted all 3, the most you could get is 45/45.

the markers will mark ALL 3 sections. if you have not attempted a section, you automatically get 0.

They only take the best 2 UNITS of english. So if you do advanced and extention, and your advanced marks are better than extention, they wont take your extention marks into account. The whole paper is out of 45, and the entire exam for english is out of 105.

If most of the posts in this thread are legit, my faith in humanity will have forever been depleted.
