I don't know how to study for Qantas for the extended response D:

You get your Qantas case study book (assuming that you have one)... get the syllabus and slot the info/data under each dot point

Also, it does not have to be Qantas. There are quite a lot of businesses which provide info which is relevant to the syllabus.

Though you probably do not have too much time left to do this.
