Just straight forward WACC formula.
Rd = 7.5%, Re= 11.6 (using CAPM)
D/V=1/5, E/V=4/5
WACC = 0.2x7.5x0.6 + 0.8x11.6 = 10.18

i think he forgot to do (1-Tc) for after tax cost of debt.

Nah, they probably do repeat questions, cos it can only vary so much.
Also, i'm counting on the final to be more straight forward - my mate last sem got 96 for fins1613, so hopefully they've just toned down the difficulty.
The only thing is that in the quizzes we had 20-30 minutes for 3-4 questions of a fair standard of difficulty, and the 06 paper had questions of the same calibre, but nowhere near as much time to do each one.
