Breakfast & morning tea at work for an 8am meeting:

... one would think all we do is eat free food at work. Anyway lunch was sandwiches/rolls (boring) and dinner was canapies/snacks/drinks. Quite difficult to take photos of peking duck wraps and the like.

I've always wondered if people subconsciously (or openly) judge people by the food they eat at things like that. I would probably eat an awful lot of bacon/quiche (assuming that's what those things are???) and probs skip the asparagus/tomatoes

Probably. The challenge is to maintain balance- or to sneak some in at appropriate moments when noone is watching. It depends on your role at the event though- if your'e the host, a guest, someone applying for a job/scholarship or just there for the free food.
