An upgrade from last time :D

- black coffee, no sugar
- 4 slices wholemeal toast
- 3 eggs
- glass of OJ
- banana
- mango
- nectarine
- 170g yoghurt
- 30g almonds/pistachios
- 200g brown rice
- tablespoon of natural peanut butter
- 150g black beans
- half cucumber
- 100g snow peas + green beans
- 150g chicken breast (sauteed in olive oil with chopped onion)
- 160g pineapple
- 100g mixed berries
- 30g almonds/pistachios
- 200g scotch fillet
- carrot
- 100g green beans + snow peas
- 200g black beans
- protein shake (60g whey) w/ almond milk
- 20g almonds

and still hungry :D

townie where are you getting this duck breast? and how much you pay for it?

i love duck but cant find it anywhere except at restaurants and food courts.

luv a duck (brand name), got it from my local coles. $18.70 for two 250g fillets.

Same company also does Peking duck packs (but I'd avoid them, I was disappointed)

before breakfast: 3 fish oil, green tea
breakfast: tea, protein shake, bran muffin with a dollop of fat free natural yogurt, 3 lychees
snack: apple, red capsicum
lunch: 1/2 c brown rice, capsicum, carrot, snow peas, 2 boiled egg whites, 1 whole boiled egg, and a cup of tea.

still have another snack and dinner but idk. probs brotein shake and fruit and more brown rice and veges or something.

BBQ pork ribs and chips for dinner!

Breakfast was just cereal and lunch a grilled ham cheese and tomato sandwich.
