i forget what i posted above and cbb so i'll just say it all
b: grapefruit, 2 eggs
l: 3 eggs with spinach, onion, bocconcini, cherry tomatoes
s: carrot and hummus, babybel cheese (zomg)
s: 2 mini freddos
d: tomato soup, protein shake
s: mini chocolate atkins bar, handful of nuts and seeds, babybel cheese
+ some more seed and nut mix throughout the day
