Yep, PHYS1500.

It's better than nothing. It would have been great to go to Mt Stromlo or Siding Springs though.

I was already skipping the first day :0

(driving back from Byron)

GOODNESS ATTENDANCE NOW ON YES YES. With only one 8AM, no excuses :p

I've heard good things about Bill as well. Also lol at your supervisor's tilt head photo.

My maths lecturer today was so nice, she had the kinda vibe of that older kindly HS teacher-esqe feel and went through things methodically which I appreciate.
Di Warren?

If LHS is talking about Di Warren, I reckon she talks too fast. Still better than any MATH1003 lecturer ive had so far. MATH1001 and 1002 had some pretty good lecturers, wtf is with MATH1003?

Any institution worthy of being a university would try to help you, if you asked. After all, not a lot of people will ask.

Yeah, it is but reaching out is what gets you there.

On another note, my first SSP lab was shit - my partner didn't let me do jack shit...made it so boring.

I must be the only person who is liking Andrew Papanicolaou. I think he's much easier to follow than Di Warren, whereas she doesn't seem to be able to speak as clearly or concisely.

Nooblet and amleops, do you guys know where we need to go for the viewing session?
Anyone know what happened at Fisher yesterday? I didn't stay much longer after I was evacuated, but there were fire trucks and everything so it looked pretty serious.

Outside the union shop on Level 2 of the Jane Foss Russell Building.
What day did you guys choose?

I put my name down for Thursday 15th. It starts at 6:15pm right?
Also, anyone know what happened at fisher? I'm curious.

Also, where are the public microwaves? Can't buy lunch everyday :)

So the ones in the psych building are staff only I'm guessing?
Also, anyone else have trouble summarising? I keep finding myself spending too much time on one subject by over summarising.

Laughing because I found the first few weeks of MATH1001 hard, and MATH1003 is pretty easy.

Of course, all we're doing is 2 unit integration as opposed to complex numbers which is covered in 4u. It'll pick up soon enough :)
