Well I did a one hour on the elliptical exerciser, and took two children clothes shopping. I'm not sure, which one was
the better exercise. I really like, to swimming too, I do the backstroke and a modified running exercise. I hate having
my face in the water too much.

Did my basic fitness assessment for the Army on Tuesday night. 50 push-ups, 100 sit-ups and I came 2nd in the unit with a time of 9.05 for the 2.4km run.

oh gosh those leg things .. one where you place your legs on the outside and squeeze in and the other you do the opposite way. 12x3 (i can only do 25 kilos lol :[)

Did a satisfying chest and arm strength session. Im new to weightlifting and i find it strangely satisfying to simply lift heavy things...

Play football and cycling. Cycling is really helpful to increase stamina.

I lifted some uni-level books while I studied to achieve my 100% mark in all subs.

30-45mins of cardio (walking)
10 sets of flat bench
2 sets of incline dumbbell bench (superset) with flies
6 sets cable flies
2 sets pec deck
2 sets standing military press
8 sets shoulder press
3 sets overhead tricep extension
4 sets pushdown
4 sets of cable pushdown (alternating arms 4 sets each arm)

I do regular exercise and do Cardio daily. I did Cardio today and in Cardio I did run, and jogging. I spent 1 hour on doing regular workout.
