Hi,

I'm in Year 10 now but I want to start learning HSC Maths stuff.

What do you think are the predominant subjects?

I have started calculus? Any other subjects that having good foundations in is useful?

Thanks in Advance!

Have u learnt calculus of logs, exponentials amd trig functions? Otherwise you might as well master basic things like quadratic functions, the discriminant, etc.

Well, if you're worth your salt, perhaps you could suggest acceleration. I recall accelerating economics, mathematics, etc., but this obviously depends on whether you school does it or could do it.

Refer to BoS for the curricula. I have been out of high school for so long that my advice is only good for general high school things.

If you setting the curve on all of your assessments now, you could do tutoring (often, they teach ahead of the schools) or buy a good text and give those questions a burl.
