I think there is no task too big that I can't accomplish. I am a Labor social conservative and arguably the most conservative leader the Labor party will ever have. I look forward to be elected Prime Minister of this nation that I love- I am a nationalist. I think it is a privilege to be elected PM of Australia. I am treating it like climbing Mount Everest. Either you are with me or you against me, there is no in between.

There are times I feel daunted and discouraged about becoming PM of Australia. There are times when I think "where do I start?." I tackle the job with assurance, risk mitigation and a sense of reality. I am a reliable realist.

Having trashed Julia Gillard's prime ministership, former Labor MP Maxine McKew has now rubbished the man to whom she owes her brief political career: Kevin Rudd.
Ms McKew, who won John Howard's seat of Bennelong in 2007, says Mr Rudd was "off his game" during this year's election campaign, advocated idiotic policies and introduced a "perverse and cruel" asylum-seeker regime that she "couldn't stomach".

I support the Sri Lankan government's war on terror. Mass terrorism is the new evil in our world. It is perpetrated by fanatics who are utterly indifferent about the sanctity of human life. We the great democracies in this world around this world are going to have to come together and eradicate this evil from our world. Your either with us or your against us in the war against terrorism. I encourage members of Parliament in Australia to wear blue, yellow and purple coloured clothes to show our solidarity with the Sri Lankan government and the United States of America. My destiny is Australia. I am proud to call myself an Australian. I think we must be proud and unapologetic in the war on terrorism.

No one will ever know. I will just say " Everyone that know me well thinks that I am a straight sort of guy and I am. I don't get involved in bent things. I did nothing wrong. There is no evidence to convict me of welfare fraud, I am willing to cooperate with the police if investigations are undertaken. The people of Australia elected me to do a job. I intend to get on with that job and do it to the very best of my ability. The people of Australia are more interested in how we the government of Australia can cut taxes, cut red tape, lower cost of living. People want to know if they can get that great education that will set them up for life. The more educated you are and the better job you have the more likely your standard of living is going up. "
