Does anyone have any mnemonics they can share for the topic OPERATIONs??

I.e. One for the influences on operations management??

An acronym I use for the financial goals is: P.GELS - Profitability, Growth, Efficiency, Liquidity, Solvency. For some reason it just works for me. I won't say my other ones because they're just really random and probably wouldn't work for anyone else.
