But yeah, Bill Walker is -exactly- the reason I'm doing the course. Easily the best English lecturer I've had by far. What other courses have you had with him?

Some courses do but not this one haha. It's an intellectual property course so we will be viewing video clips, trademarks, songs etc to analyse IP

Haha don't worry. This is an elective which runs only for half a semester. If you do courses that run for a full semester then you won't have 9-5 lectures

yeap mooting takes place outside class. Some courses however do mock moots and stuff as part of its course. The course "Essential Advocate" does mock trials in lectures and this forms part of your class participation/assessment.

Monday is going to be painful. From upper campus down to lower/mid campus then straight back up to upper campus.

Unfortunately, can't change single Monday or Friday Lecture. Monday - only one available. Friday - Thursday option completely full. What a bitch.

Well, you can always attend the Thursday (?) lecture - the one you said was full. They don't mark attendance, so just pop in.
