Are their tutorials for week one maths? (1 Viewer)

On my time table on the bottom it only says week 2 - 13 ? Is that true

Generally, no tutorials and labs for the first week, however, your timetable will clarify that (some courses may have tutorials in Week 1).

But in first year maths, tutorials do not run in the first week.

The timetable says Week 2-13 between the Day/Time and Location
That might be true, but for example, some COMP1917 tutorial/labs tend to run in Week 1 because of the unscheduled break that computing has and ANZAC Day or other public holidays that might clash with tute/lab. So it's not as simple as relying on what the class timetable says.

Also, some labs might only run every second week or begin at Week 5, but the class timetable will still say something like 2-7,8-13.

Yes, it's true, but he was referencing to MATH1131, therefore I didn't post about the "special conditions". Btw, just got a post that COMP1917 tutorials start tomorrow.

Yep, that's fair enough. And yeah, still the same with COMP.
