The answer is 4 u^2 btw, cheers man, I also got that method but I dunno how to get 4 units squared.
You get 4u^2 if you only consider one revolution though :S

Wow, no idea the answer would always be 4u^2 regardless of its period :O

yeah that's right. Does anyone have any ideas of how to do it? and get the answer as 4 ?
