For my Japanese half yearly, I got 82% which is really bad for me since I've always gotten in the high 90s until now. Can I ask whats your method of studying and how you improve your writing since I am totally lacking in that department. :/
Don't be sad, it's a great mark :) It's only year 11 and it's a step up from year 9 and 10.
Tips:
Use flash cards for new vocab and regularly revise them
Practice ur vocab on a website called 'Language Perfect', but u need to be member and ur school needs to sign u up.
Answer a wide variety of questions and get ur teacher or a native speaker to mark them and give u feedback
Read or watch movies in Japanese and note any new vocab or good expressions u come across and find the meaning
Memorize some idiomatic expressions

Good luck for ur future tests and I'm sure u'll get 100% :D

urgh i have an english creative writing exam tomorrow... im so done with my school to be honest because our half yearlies were pretty much section I and II of HSCs area of study in an hour and i fucked it up so bad. I'm pleading my parents to move me to a different school because the pressure of teachers to drop students from higher units is too much. Like we have 40 kids out of 240 students in advanced english.. im so done!

yeah, I've pretty much just blocked out the guy, bc hey, I'm so over it now :p but idk, this chem stuff is so dry and boring. I can never focus on studying stuff like this :/

aw, at least you're dedicated to doing well. I really don't think I would do all of that just for maths haha :p
I hate chem :p That's why I only picked bio but my mum was like "do chem to".
My whole day was spent doing maths. I had class after school till 4:35 and so I got home at like 5...and now Im gonna go and study plane geometry for 2mrw. Srsly, i can't wait to get the exam over and done with!! :/ Its ruining my life!! All day throughout classes I was doing maths -.-

Knowing me I still won't know what I will want to do. I will probably do a course and be like..but i want to try something else. I can never really make up my mind on a lot of things.
In the end I will probably end up as a garbage cleaner and working at JB HiFi part time stacking CD's for the rest of my life :')
You should focus on the fields you are interested in...maybe that might help you narrow down what you want to do :p
Awwww...! Don't think like that! :(
