Standard english 2/64 around 65/70
Business studies 1/10 around 70/80
Legal studies 2/15 around 80s
Modern history 5/35 around 75/80

yes because if you get 70/80s in your other subjects it would pull you up. But don't rely on this assumption and try to do better in externals

Oh I definitely will! It's just my cohort will likely bring me down in maths as we all suck at it
