Hey I am trying to decide whether or not to drop business. I am currently doing eco and legal, but I hate business and want to do bio.

Is it a good choice to do bio?

Yeah but I didn't want to make a decision I might later regret.
I needed confirmation from knowledgeable people that have done the prelim and hsc courses.

I guess it really depends on you, if you really dislike business, and think you'll be better at bio then imo you should go for it

from what I've heard bio is a lot of memorizing and I guess that's the same for business too

Year 11 Business is stupid and a drag.

Year 12 Business is fun.

And there is nothing wrong with "shit scaling" since Legal Studies is considered low n scaling too, as long as you excel in those subjects.

I had to do Preliminary Business Studies for about 2 years, in Year 9 to about Term 3 of Year 10.

If you keep it, definitely feel free to bludge in Business Studies; take it as a relaxing subject but secure a good ranking anyways.

Was able to keep 3rd in Preliminaries without doing much, only minimal studying AND absolutely confused about business reports because I was a lazy Year 9 - now I'm ranking 1st/2nd for Internals in the HSC course, because everyone who thought working hard in Accelerated Prelim Bus has burnt out.
