re: CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

Cats just restrict exhaust (reason why some people opt for catless even though it's illegal).

It doesn't do much in lowering noise.

Tbh I don't know why anyone would want to be obsessed with how loud it is. It's great the first few times but after a while it becomes a drag. You want to hear it running nicely, not too loud.

I've got 110 dB problems and a muffler doing nothing :haha:
I remember my HKS exhaust used to annoy a lot of people and it made conversation in the cabin somewhat challenging at times.

I believe Benz designers are finally on the right track. The stuff they're releasing in recent years is way ahead of what's coming out of BMW. Heck, the new 3 series LCI just looks plain lazy.

i agree, but the e250 was not stock, it had wheels similar to those black one's on c45 AMG

The one on the left looks a bit like a foxbody mustang (not sure if it is). They seem pretty interesting, have a similar shape to the AE86 and S12 Silvia (particularly the notchback/hatchbacks) and one of the top of the line engines for them was a turbo 4!

I imagine the V8 would be the better option now though, would be a far bigger after market for the pushrod ford v8s.

With 110 dB, we can barely talk to each other more than a metre away.

This one time a crowd a formed around the car because they were like "wtf is that" :haha:

It is a riced up WRX though.
i wouldn't call chopping off the roof and making it a make shift convertible technically rice, my interpretation of rice is shit like slammed and hellaflush with scraping fart can's and fake vents, scoops, decals, etc.

Rice is anything gay, this certainly fits that category

Tbh I'm not a fan of convertibles at all.

Sunroofs are ok, but I'm not a big fan of them either simply because they can lead to issues down the track.
