Sit down with your maths teacher and do some questions with her (at suitable times of course), participate in, make a study group with a couple of friends and challenge each other, take advantage of after school coaching dedicated to HSC students- Teachers are meant to help you, not work against you!!! Pressure your maths teacher for extra questions such as past papers, timing yourself etc.

Other than that I think you have decent ranks as indicated by your literature subjects (Im guessing you love English and History so you must be fairly experienced writing and editing your own essays). So yeah, if you are going to improve now...2-3 past papers a day for maths should of been started atleast 2 months ago, but what are you waiting for? START NOW unless you want this guy to give you a steer into the right direction in life...
