So I didn't notice the bottom of this form was unticked....

*I am paying for uni via HECS and not upfront*

What can I DO?

the form is locked and I can't edit it ...

I just realised now that I sent in the form 3 days ago (without ticking the info in)...

Uni says that they can't fix it as they don't have access to the form, but the gov does.

It says, "note: this is only an indication of your payment method". So I'm assuming that's why they didn't require you to select anything.

Maybe ring them

I wouldnt worry about it too much, as long as they have your TFN on file somewhere your subjects will get put on HECS come census date.
