How to embed image into post (1 Viewer)

Guys, how do I embed an image into a post? When I use the "add image" function, all that appears is a hyperlink to the image. How do I do it so that the actual image appears? Many thanks.

right click, get image location/url. (if its online)
if not upload to imgur or another image hosting site.
