I knew several people who came from a top 10, maybe even top 5 school (I don't remember) and come out with a 70-ish ATAR. Anything is possible.

But yeah, its unlikely this individual here would very unlikely get lower than a 90, unless he really fucked up the rest of his internals or his externals.
