In no way does that show unsw inflates their grades.

ive seen threads from 2008 showing UNSW's avg wam at 70 as well

and given all the grade dists i see at usyd, 65 avg here sounds about right. i know an econ lecturer who tries to have his below 60 - skipped his class this sem, ill try do it in a year or two with a different lecturer

None of that shows or proves there are 'inflated' WAMs at UNSW - ask any average or above USYD student and they will 100% agree with me.

In fact, you're just showing USYD has shit a marking process and shit lecturers. I would be more concerned about a uni not awarding marks where deserved and caring more about keeping marks low than the quality of education. Are you trying to convince the OP to avoid USYD?

band 6 in 3unit and 4unit and youve gotten that down to 91 already. band 6 in english or physics too and its 90
