it honestly worked for me during half yearlies. it depends on how you modify your sleep pattern accordingly.allnighters are the quickest way to burn out

but can't really call them allnighters I've just changed my whole sleeping pattern
I sleep from like 6-10 or sometime in the afternoon
I'm basically nocturnal
