Firstly, just ignore the inequality, consider the equation x=1/y.

Use algebra to let y be the subject.
xy=1
y=1/x

Now you should recognise that this graph is your normal hyperbola with centre at (0,0), it would also be good to mark the points (1,1) and (-1,-1) to ensure that you get full marks in case if this is an exam question. The greater or equal to sign represents the shaded region above the graph, therefore if you double check with desmos, it should be a graph of the hyperbola with the shaded region above the two branches.
