JP Morgan Chase Traineeship (1 Viewer)

Sorry if this might have been posted in a different forum or answered before (first time poster, long time lurker)

I got invited to the JP Morgan Chase Traineeship (after I failed my UTS BAcc interview), and I wanted to ask if anyone here has taken up the offer. If so;

How has the experience been, and would you have picked a different path than going to the traineeship?
Can I transfer my credits obtained from the traineeship Certificate IV to University after the program?
Will there be a chance to stay with the company after the traineeship (either in Sydney or in another country)?
If possible, how is the pay like?
