for those that use or have used atomi, do you think it is enough to sustain my notes? (For PDHPE, CAFS and SOR) I love watching the videos and making my notes off them, but do you think the information they supply is sufficient and goes into enough depth to get bands 5 and 6?

I think it is best to use the textbooks to make notes as they provide the most comprehensive info. However, Atomi is amazing to use to consolidate your knowledge after you've read the textbook.

Also, I think Edrolo is a bit better if you want additional info for your notes. (Especially for SOR)

No. I have used both and a few of my friends have as well. Edrolo is 100 times better than Atomi
