yea, it might seem harsh but if someone has been selfish for the entire (or most) duration of the relationship, you have every right to be that little bit more selfish and end things in a way you feel is best

possibly, it could also bring down their inflated ego and teach them a thing or two
do you think it's inherently selfish to obsess over your bf/gf and put them on a pedestal?

It's self destructive but it's also like bringing the other person down with you

ur therapist vibes are my favourite

thing is my ex wasn't selfish or anything he was just very immature (attributing it to age I guess) right to the very end and our visions didn't align. it was the epitome of incompatibility

could've been a case of right person wrong time but I don't wanna try again with someone who, without actually intending to, fucked me up 😔😁

i think it is selfish to obsess over them, definitely. by putting them on a pedestal, you're also placing these unrealistic expectations on them.

bahaha, why thank you

there's one thing that my friend told me (no offence to the guys, there are exceptions) > the mental age of guys is three years younger than their actual age

i get that a lot... a lot of people think i'm way too mature for my age and so people irl think i'm already in university (not because i look old)

i think an important thing in relationships is that end goals align, otherwise everything just ends up conflicting

i think it's also worse when the person doesn't know that they're hurting you, because then it's harder for them to change the behaviour since it's within them and who they are
